Every production process is as individual as the product. Cornexo therefore develops customised solutions: Maize semolina for extrusion, masa flour for tortillas, maize grits for cornflakes, sprinkled grits for baked goods, gluten-free mixtures for the extrusion of breakfast cereals as well as gluten-free ready-made baking mixtures for the retail trade.

Intensive cooperation with our farmers and seamless raw material management ensure the quality of the maize flours, maize grits, mixtures and other ingredients from the producer to the distribution.

All products also from controlled organic cultivation quality

The entire product range from maize flours and maize grits to gluten-free baking mixes is also available from controlled organic cultivation. Maize from Bioland contract farmers is used for this purpose. Organic quality for our ground maize products and baking mixes means
